Summary
PXD101 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the cancer.
This phase II trial is studying how well PXD101 works in treating patients with relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
